National Commission for Women (NCW) and the Gender Resource Center - GRC, Gujarat State, conducted a capacity building workshop on the implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act in Gandhinagar.

CII Indian Women Network, Gujarat Chapter- received a special invitation to be part of this workshop as one of the private industry bodies, to share about our work on this front, and suggestion towards enhancing women safety at workplaces.

This workshop was meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks and support systems available to women in India. Led by experts from the National Commission for Women, the session delved into critical aspects concerning women's safety, empowerment, and avenues for redressal. As well aimed at enhancing the understanding and finding ways for effective implementation of the #PoSHAct2013 within govt and private organizations in Gujarat.
