CII- IWN Gujarat recently collaborated with Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Private Limited on the theme of creating safer and dignified workplaces for women. The session facilitated a capacity building initiative for the POSH ICC members, HR leaders, and DEI team members of the organization. It was a delightful interaction dwelling around tough situations and the possible alternatives to manage critical situations, balancing technicalities of the law with human empathy. The key facilitator for the session was Ms. Yogita Ahuja, Chairperson, IWN Gujarat Chapter & Director, Storycircle Edusaarthi India Pvt Ltd. Around 40 members from Hitachi Hi – Rel Power Electronics Private Limited had attended the session.
