CII – IWN Gujarat in collaboration with Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organizational Development, IIM – Ahmedabad organized an exclusive visit and interaction focused on Women Leadership. This unique engagement was scheduled for Tuesday, 19th August 2025.

This interaction was designed to provide an unparalleled opportunity to delve into the nuances of leadership, foster insightful discussions, and explore contemporary leadership paradigms within the inspiring academic environment of IIM-A. It also focused on building Industry – Academia connects. There were 15 delegation members for this interaction and was led by Ms. Yogita Ahuja, Chairperson, IWN Gujarat Chapter.
